    YES! We offer international shipping solutions to most countries around the world. When you provide your shipping address during checkout, and shipping costs for your location will be automatically calculated. Note: We do have current shipping restrictions for the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Syria, Crimea, North Korea
  • Where are the products shipped from?
    Our products are shipped from multiple shipping centers around the world including: China, USA, Europe
  • What are shipping costs for your products?
    We offer Free Standard Delivery for orders over $100 For orders under $100 in total cart value, delivery costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.
  • How long will it take to receive my package?

  • How can I track my order?
    Upon placing an order, you will receive an email with confirmation and a tracking number, which you can use to stay up-to-date with your order and see an estimated delivery date.
  • My package hasn't arrived?
    Although most packages are received on time, if you haven’t received your package within 30 days, please email us at: info@prezmerch.com
  • The product I received is defective?
    If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt in order for us to provide with you a solution such as a return or an exchange.
  • What is your return and/or refund policy?
    We stand by the quality of our products and want total customer sanctification. If you have any problems with your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.   • Do you offer custom/personalized products?
    At the moment, we don't offer custom products for our Prez Merch brand. However, if you are a cryptocurrency project that is looking to develop a digital merchandizing solution to enhance your brand, we can deliver to you a website solution such as the one you are on with your own line of products.
